My dog Vinnie

Well, I am sitting here trying to type around a lap dog. Vinnie has attached himself to me. Figures. I got him for papa but he is clinging to me. When it is bedtime he jumps up and cuddles right next to me. Everytime I am in my chair he is between my legs curled up in a ball. I am really starting to like him. Papa does too, but his heart is still with Toby and always be. But he has a walking companion and that is good. His pace has picked up with Vinnie than it was with Toby. lol! Papa walks in a little more winded and this dog isn't at all. And he always wants to go bye bye with papa. And probably will when he can. Last night he went to take the girls home. After they were dropped off Vinnie got in the front seat and kept papa company. Papa talked to him on the way home. They are bonding. And the cat issue. We are working on it. The cat is getting braver and coming down a lot more. We cleared it up above the cupboards more and put up a blanket for Kitkat to sleep on. It is warm up there and he loves it! Plus papa put some food and water on the frig. We sure love animals. Life will get better with them. We got Vinnie a dog tag with his name, phone and address yesterday. Today I am calling the groomer to get him a bath, haircut, nails clipped and make him a pretty boy. I need to call the vet and have him checked out, too. Just a check up. He is 5 years old.  Well, Papa is at Laurens. I think I will get some work done. If I can get this dog off my lap.
