Changed my mind...strike is over.

Karla asked me why I blogged last night. She said she doesn't blog for the messages and I told her I really like the feedback and the communication since I don't talk to many people. But I have been thinking for the other reasons I blog. One... it is a diary for me. When papa went through his illness I saved all the blogs I wrote so we don't forget what God has brought him through. It also helps me to remember when I did what etc... so I guess I do it for myself too. Plus papa likes to read it. Made some great baked chicken last night. Papa is really starting to like chicken over red meat now...which is good. We have got to get healthier. Yesterday I got my livingroom, den and diningroom cleaned. I still have a corner in the den where I am going through paperwork and throwing away...but that should only take another day or two. And I spent some time printing and updating my pictures in my house until I ran out of Magenta ink. Wish I had updated family pictures of everyone...maybe on the 1st! We are hoping to get a big family picture taken and have our Thanksgiving. See if it flies. I only have Heather's updated family picture at this point. They are very good at keeping it up... of course, at Jared's age he is changing so fast. He has the cutest haircut. Going to dry clothes at Karla's again. Will be watching Maddie this afternoon...Karla has to go to the unemployment office. I'll enjoy that. Today's prayer list is for sisters-in-law Betty and Susan, Rita, and Caitlin.
