baseball day today!

Last couple days have been weird. Two major television figures died of heart attacks this week....Charlie Jones the sportscaster from ABC and American Football league died of a heart attack on Thursday and then Meet the Press's Tim Russert yesterday! Reminds me of how thankful we need to be that Lanny made it through 3 heart attacks in one week!!!! Thank you, Lord!!!! I don't know what I would do without him.....and I sure don't want to find out, either. He is my life! My website broke a record Thursday with 63 visitors and 120 pages viewed! Wow....that is awesome!

Yesterday was a great day! Went shopping in the morning, picked up mom and we went to Maddie's graduation which was so cute!!!! Then I got Lauren from school then Andrew from home....then we dropped off mom and went and looked at a house they will be moving into....then stopped and visited Kev for a sec, then came home! Went to Dylan's 4th playoff game in this series. We were a bit nervous because it was against Fred Hill....the National League champs. Very close game....but we won 10-9! It was a good game!!!! Now he plays today at 11:oo at "A" field if anyone wants to come and see some good baseball. And if you like some "older" guy baseball....Ryan plays at the same park at 12 noon on the Babe Ruth field! Will be a fun day! Kids have practice at 4 today, too. Tonight Papa and I are just chilling! Watching a little "24"!
Strangest thing happened yesterday....our neighbor had his car stolen! Somewhere between 11 pm and 3 am. We heard nothing. Hope they get it figured out. Nice people.

NOAH UPDATE: He had a check-up in the city yesterday and the doctor said his counts are back to normal and he is very impressed by how much the tumor has gone down with just 1 treatment. He also said Noah is good to go for getting the port put in Monday and starting his 2nd round of chemo! He'll be in the hospital for a week for the treatment.
Today is his yard sale fundraiser....please be praying they raise a lot of money for that.
Thanks to Renee for contacting the local newspaper in Durant. That was very thoughtful of you. They did an article on Noah. Here is the link:
