Clutter, cat fights, and Grandma Wave

Yesterday sure was warm! It was in the 60's here. Great day. Papa mowed the lawn probably for the last time this year. Last night we turned on the electric furnace for the first time since we lived here. Wanted to make sure it worked in case we ran out of propane. It sure heats up this small place fast!!! Got my computer moved into the den and everything cleaned up! Looks good. Thought papa would comment on how good it looked but nothing. I like it though. Except now I have a humming in my speakers I need to figure out. Thought I did yesterday...but still humming. I also got my menu planned for a month. Tonight is spaghetti. My cat got into a fight with the neighbors cat. Ran out and broke that up. No marks on my cat so maybe she is tougher than I thought. I think she's investigated every inch of this house now!!! So nosy! We cleaned off the back porch and Papa put Sandy's old bed up on the table... she loves it. She sits right outside the kitchen window. The skits were pretty funny at KidStuf Sunday.... I posted them on the KidStuf website if you want to check them out. Just keep in mind Dylan recorded so it is a bit shaky and he got so into watching he forgot he was recording (sound familiar Karla?) I don't do the memory slideshow every day... but I loved the pictures from today so they are below this post. Too cute! Just like Karla...I have bathrooms to clean today. Also some clutter to toss! It is so easy to collect and so hard for me to throw away! I drive my kids crazy! When I die they will probably just torch the place. Wow, dancing with the stars freaked me out last night when Marie Osmond passed out!!! I called Tara, who was recording it, and she turned it on. I'm glad she was ok. I really thought Kym looked like Jeannie! That was cool. A different partner would have been better. Well, best go get the cleaning done so I can lay on the couch and watch tv and eat bonbons all day. Here is the quote for the day: True joy comes from the Lord Who lives in us, not from what's happening around us. Today is the 23rd so we have the privilege of praying for Papa, cousins Marcey Brazeau and Mike DeLay, and dear friend Ernestine...who is losing her sight. Especially pray for Grandma Wave (Lanny's mom)...she is going in for tests today to see if the cancer has spread or not. Randy and Susan are there with her now also. Thanks and have a wonderful day. No rain!
