HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TARA!!!!!!!!!!

Today she is 40 years old!  Can you believe it?  Time goes by so fast. I have sat here with tears as I've made this.  So much has changed in 40 years. But never my love for her!

Tara was always a happy little girl. Bossy, in control, caring, devoted, and loving!!!!  My blog today is dedicated to our beautiful girl!
