Andrew 7-13-2008
I sure am missing Lauren. We got used to her being here last week. Missing Andrew too... he goes from where he is now to Mazatlan today (3 hour bus ride) and stays there over night... then comes home tomorrow night! Finally!  It's been a long two weeks. I had a dream about the team last night and I talked to Andrew and a few others. I hope the trip went better than the boredom they told me in the dream! lol!  Sharing with you more memory pictures:

Lauren ready to pop Andrew 7-13-2008

Tara's girl, Riley, 7-13-2008

Tara 7-13-1988...20 years earlier camping! All the work is done and she is resting. Looks like she is reading "Sweet Valley High". Her and Karla LOVED the books!
Yesterday when I got to work I had to go directly to CMC for the Library's Magician show!  I met our school there!  I also got to see Marin (Rachel's daughter... who gave Mam several hugs!), Benji, Marina, and Dylan... a few of our old kids! It was such a great show!!!!  I loved it and so did the kids! A few pictures...
After the show the kids got to post with "Jeff" the magician!

Ella hugging him (she hugs everyone) and Kye staring at him in awe...the rest of the day we had to call Kye "Jeff"

When we first got there .... the kids behaved so well!

Kye has the colorful shirt and he is mesmerized!

Today is Wednesday Water day at our school!  I guess their water will be RAIN!!!! Here is the forecast for Western Washington:

It's a damp start around the sound after heavy showers moved through last night. Showers are sparse this morning, but will be picking up as we head into the afternoon. An area of low pressure is spinning directly over Western Washington, keeping locally heavy showers with the chance of an isolated thunderstorm in the forecast this afternoon and evening.
Keeping rain around on Thursday. Showers will be heavy at times with temperatures stuck in the 60s. Much drier Friday.
Scattered showers around Saturday with a chance shower Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will be holding in the mid to low 70s for your weekend plans.

Not much going on this weekend, I guess!  Tonight we are suppose to have two softball games! And tomorrow night!!!!  Hope they're not canceled!  I hate the rain in July! I really don't mind it other times... and even in the summer I don't mind a spot here and there....but we're looking at more than a spot.

Funny how I start out thinking I have nothing to say... and then I fill up a page.  I look forward to someday looking back and seeing what I was doing on 7-12-2011!

Yay for the return home for Andrew. AND I AM SURE that there was not boredom on the mission trip...maybe a little missing home once or twice, but what a memory and life changer it will be...praying safety all the way home. And I love your last two messages..."didn't you see me yawning?"...LOL!, and the BE KIND one... so true...especially where you see BAD behavior in adults, behind it is some epic struggle going on that we can not see, and it is many times the cause... Hugs to you dear bloggy sis, sorry you couldn't get in on that trip from Washington to Georgia to see dear Ganky!! what a blast...Have a great WEdnesday. Hope your mama is doing well.
