Top Ten Tuesday!

It was important for me to post Patrick's birthday before my Top Ten list! And now to post my Top Ten Bucket List. These are the 10 things I would like to do before I go to be with the Lord (not necessarily in order)!

Bucket List: A list of things to do before you die. Comes from the term "kicked the bucket".

1. See Paul McCartney in person.

2. Get a motor home and travel.

3. Ride a horse.

4. Play the piano.

5. Write a book.

6. To live to see Kevon married, happy and a daddy!

7. I want to see my brother get his life together....a clean life, a home, a car, a job, and a wonderful caring wife who would adore him and his girls!

8. Go camping with all the kids and grandkids again!

9. I want to go to Heaven before Lanny! I cannot imagine my life without him.

10. The last thing I can think of on my bucket list is I pray the Lord doesn't take any of our kids or grandkids before me. I know it is selfish but it is on my list!

I don't know if I am suppose to put things on my bucket list that are not in my power to achieve... but I think most of the things we can only achieve with God's help anyway.

Ten Things I have already done:
1. Gotten rid of debt (except our home which will never be paid off.)
2. Go to college.
3. Teach aerobics.
4. Be a preschool teacher/site coordinator.
5. Be a office manager/receptionist.
6. Have grandchildren (blessed with 10 so far)
7. Traveled with my parents a lot!
8. Been on TV
9. Achieved in raising (with help) to be amazing adults I am so proud of!!!
10. Got to know Jesus Christ as my Savior and best friend!!!

There are SO MANY things!!!!! I've caught a fish, paddled a canoe, camped in a tent and trailer and van, been ice skating, saw Mt Rushmore several times, been in a blizzard, seen dead people, seen a baby born, been hiking, road a bike from Kingston to Poulsbo, hitchhiked, picked raspberries and blackberries and strawberries, been thrown in a pool with my clothes on, swam in a lake with my clothes off, been chased by a cow, electrocuted by an electric fence, had a concussion, ate calamari, led children's church, helped organize several class reunions, organized 2 church carnivals, worked in a gym, babysat many kids, seen the Gaither's twice, seen movies at drive-in's, been to Farrell's Ice Cream parlor, rode in a convertible, rode on a train, rode on a plane, been in the space needle, been loved and loved, and I've been blessed!

Boring but something for me to read back on and it has been fun! I would love to know what is on your bucket list!
