Mother's Day was awesome. Thank you everyone!

Today is Tuesday and I am making it my Top Ten Tuesday!  I am going to do my top 10 favorite things I use every day:
1.  Pajama's!!! Sometimes I use them all day long! lol
2.  Laptop...obviously!
3.  Our DVR....I record everything and watch it later. :D
4.  My toothbrush....I just love to brush my teeth. It is like a back scratch for the gums. Feels so good!
5.  Speaking of back scratcher...that is on my list!

6.  My frig where I keep my milk.  non-fat now. I love ice cold milk!
7.  Curtains.... I know it sounds weird. But I love opening up the curtains in my living room and other rooms in the morning to see what a beautiful day God is blessing me!
8.  Slippers! My feet always get cold.
9.  Coffee cup.  Doesn't everyone have their own special cup?
10. My fork with the brown handle.  It is perfect.  The tongs are straight and it is just perfect!

I had an awesome mother's day!!!!  It was actually on Saturday. Went to Clearwater Casino for breakfast!!!!

It is the best buffet around.  We had a lot of fun and a lot of food!!!

So blessed!!!!!  Wish we could do this every Saturday.  But I would never lose weight!  It was so good....I ate shrimp, sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, biscuits and gravy, bacon, and lots of other stuff!  Got a waffle and split it with Kevon at the end and I would have been fine if I hadn't ate it. I was overstuffed by then!  I didn't eat the rest of the day until just before bed I had a piece of peanut butter toast so I wouldn't get a sugar low.  Didn't stop Papa and Lauren from eating at Maddie's game. lol!

It was fun at her game.  It was really, really hot!!!!!
Mother's day Lauren was at our home overnight because her parents were getting back late.... and it was such a hue blessing!  I woke up and Lauren had been up since 5 a.m. making me this:

"Best grandma/mam in the world!"  She put tape on the back and I had to wear it. :D

"Happy Mother's Day!!!" and then coupons for free massages!!!

It was a great day. I got my lumpia from Amanda too! Doesn't get much better than that!  I got to relax during the day, too.

The bird feeders are attracting the birds....and the cat.  He can't seem to get one because they are too fast but he will lay under the tree and wait. Now some of the sparrows are starting to dive bomb him. It is funny.

Kit kat is like a different cat.  Of course, he loves it outside, and it wears him out!  Ryan and Lanny fixed the fence so he can't get out of the back yard.  When it is time to come in he doesn't fight us and doesn't cry to go back out. He doesn't attack us anymore. He loves to get loves and pet.  He is turning sweet!!!! I love it!

The weather was so weird yesterday!  Sun, rain, wind....mostly across the bridge though. They had power outages over there and trees down. Riley's game was cancelled, though. That was disappointing.  Maddie has a game tonight.

All this month I have been working on losing weight. How is it going? Terrible. I have been doing well.  Sticking to it pretty good.  What I was sticking to was cutting carbs, portions, and exercise. I was almost to tears yesterday because it is frustrating. I keep getting sugar lows with the shakes, dizziness and ickiness. Now I am sick of it. So last night I sat at my computer and did some research.  I am switching pages and only eating complex carbs. So I went to the store and got some things that are complex carbs.  I am hoping there will be a difference with no sugar lows and some weight loss!  Please Lord help me get this right! Help me to make the life changes I need.

Well, guess I am caught up.  Now to catch up on some of my TV shows!!!! Have a great week!!! xoxo
