Weigh-In Day!

The picture of the day was taken 3-4-05 of Andrew is having fun at the Pinewood Derby!Today is weigh in day again. I am down 3 pounds! I am happy with that! I am very proud of Papa. He lost 9 pounds! Last week he didn't lose anything so this is huge. He said last night he was quitting if he didn't lose today. Not sure if I believe that...I don't think he would quit being on Heather & Karen's team. I don't think he would do that to them. He changed his eating style and isn't eating when he gets home at night anymore. I would say it is working! Well, I guess I don't take Maddie to school anymore. Karla has her work down enough to handle it. She loves her new job of working at home. I am so happy for her. She is bringing Maddie over this morning to spend today with me. Maddie asked her mom yesterday why she is keeping her from her mam. Too funny. She is a very unique child. Tonight is Dylan's concert. That should be good. It is at his school and just his school singing...no high school or other schools. Ryan and Amanda and the rest of us had a huge answer to prayer! Ryan got hired at the shipyard! He has to pass security and his physical but this is exciting news! A total answer to prayer. Another answer to prayer is brother David. He messaged me yesterday that he starts a new job in 2 weeks for a huge company in the Carpenter's Union! He will be sitting really pretty. He has to commute over the pass every day...but I think he will be doing that with Connie. He is doing so good.....faithful to his meetings, just moved into a bigger place, and just doing awesome. We are all so proud of him. It has been a year since he figured out he had to turn his life around. It was last year when we got home from Colorado. Thank God, for sure! We give God praise for working in David, Karla and Ryan's lives and careers! Today is Tiffany's birthday. She is my nephew Ronnie's wife. I don't know her too well....but she seems really sweet. Happy birthday, Tiffany! I put a new slide show on my site...and on my myspace site. Hopefully pictures won't be cut off anymore. Please let me know if you ever have trouble seeing my blog. Thanks.
