I am in Love!!!!!

I am absolutely falling in love with this dog!!!!  His day goes like this:
When I wake up and turn on my lamp he wakes up too. He runs out to see papa and do his business and then comes in and finds me!  Then he watches me play with the cat and tries to get involved. Then he naps until it time to walk Papa. He loves that time of day! He comes home and runs around the house all frisky after he checks where I am first!  During the day we cuddle in my chair together off and on. He goes outside a few times and makes his presence known!  He barks at nothing but it doesn't hurt anything. Right?  The only time I don't like it is if it is a crazy hour or it is inside. He grabs bites to eat as he runs by the dog food. He never sits and eats very long. Always eats on the go! lol!  In the evening he loves to look out the window and growl. He sees nothing but thinks he does. I think it is the neighbors Christmas lights. Then it is bedtime. HE LOVES BEDTIME!!!!!  He follows me into the bedroom and gets on the bed and then peeks in the bathroom to watch me brush my teeth. Back and forth he goes. He gets so excited. Then I have to hurry into bed so he doesn't get under the covers with me! I barely get in and he pushes and snuggles against me.  I love that dog! It snowed this morning and he went out and sniffed and sniffed. 

He wasn't sure whether he should get down or not.

The snow is quickly melting. Papa is making Jesus' birthday cake for tomorrow. It is our family Christmas!!!!  My favorite day of the year!  All the kids and grandkids!  Makes me happy!  We are having ham, sweet & sour chicken wings, hot wings, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, mac & cheese, fruit salad, oriental chicken salad, rolls, deviled eggs, birthday cake, whatever Tara brings for dessert.

After our Christmas is the Christmas Slumber Party with the grandkids. Some of the kids are getting too old for spending the night but are staying for the party. Then they will drive themselves home!!!! Weird and a bit sad! Can't stop them from growing up, can we?  I am just happy they are going to all be here!
I have snacks planned, the grape game and donut games, making cupcake marshmallow snowmen, reading the Christmas Story and singing, closing down the night with a movie. I love this idea for breakfast:
