1. Three things I must have on my Thanksgiving table: plate, fork, glass of milk.

2.Wish I was sacked out on the couch.

3. This is a lazy day.

4. Andrew & Lauren are here to decorate for Christmas.

5. Oh, man, thankfully it's warmer outside.

6. I need to perfect the art of weightloss.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to a party, tomorrow my plans include going to mom's, and Sunday, I want to prepare for Koko!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!  So many "thankful" songs are running through my head. "Give Thanks", "The Doxology", "Count Your Blessings" just to name some of my favorites.

 This is truly a day to give thanks. We give thanks every day for so many things... but thank you Abraham Lincoln for making a holiday out of it... where people may really stop and reflect... and hopefully thank Him who made it all!

I don't have much more to add... I have been doing my thankful list everyday and it is posted below.  I am going through all of November.

I cropped some of the pictures from the snow and made them better and added some from when me, Maddie and Dylan went to the beach hill to sled ... posting now....

They had fun at the hill. We went there while papa was doing my grocery shopping! Wasn't that so sweet of him? He's the best! 
Heather and her family arrived at Tara's safe and sound! So thankful! It will be an awesome Thanksgiving today!  Going to Tara's!  Seeing the grandkids! Does it get any better than that? Pictures tomorrow for sure!

My prayer is that everyone counts their blessings, thanks the One who gave us all our blessings, and all of you has a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving! I am thankful for each one of you! xoxo

In 1 Chronicles 16... certain Levites were appointed to give continual praise and thanks to God. It should be a regular part of our routine, too! Four elements to true thanksgiving is found in this song (psalm) David wrote... take time to read it. 1. Remembering what God has done! 2. Telling others about it. 3. Showing God's glory to others, and 4. offering gifts of self, time and resources. If you are truly thankful your life will show it!

Mom was comfy cozy at our house last night... talking to her sister in South Dakota and reassuring her she was fine.

 Everyone slept really good last night. But I went to bed at midnight and got up at 5. I need a nap today!

Punkin was blocking the steps so Toby couldn't get up on the deck. He bypassed her... she is such a brat!

Breakfast time... waffle, hash brown and sausage.

And another trip outside this morning!

I actually got Maddie to wear her hair in a pony tail. It looks so pretty!  I told her so too! Joel is coming to pick the kids up later after their house heats up!  We may see more snow tonight and in the morning.... then turning to rain.

What an awesome verse. He created it all. Every speck of everything! From the smallest to the largest unimaginable things.  The only thing I wonder about on this verse is why does it say "heavens"? I thought there was only one heaven.  I need to study this.... does anyone know?
