My poor baby girl! I'm talking about Karla! She took Maddie to the doctor and she has pneumonia!!!! She had a bit of a cough when she was here but it got worse Saturday night and Sunday night.... they didn't sleep much. I say poor Karla because besides the cough... Maddie is acting fine! Crazy as ever! lol! I will pray for a quick healing for Maddie and for Karla in general! People forget to pray for the mom when their kids are sick. They are the ones that don't sleep, worry, pray, and deal with the illness. I remember those days well. (this picture was taken years ago... but I love it)Didn't do much of nothing yesterday. Having some health issues myself. Going back to the doctor and hoping to get some things figured out this afternoon. I could easily make a mountain out of a molehill! So I'll stay off the search engines and wait to see what Dr. Chun says. Mom says I'm really good at self-diagnosing and then telling the doctor what I have. lol
I didn't leave the house yesterday because of how I was feeling so Mary's son took her to the doctor. She called last night and her vision has improved so much! I'm so happy for her!!! If I am up to it I will take her to the store on Thursday.
I want to wish my niece, Vicky, a very happy birthday today!!!! And I also want to wish Joel's parents.... Roger and Karla a very happy anniversary today!
And can't forget it is Groundhog's Day. I can never remember if his shadow represents longer winter or not... is it a proven fact or just crap. hmmmm.... something to think about. nahhhh. I don't really care. lol! (News flash: The most famous weather forecaster, Punxsutawney Phil, saw his shadow this morning meaning 6 more weeks of winter. )

What I do care about is Valentine's Day coming! Not so much for myself, but it just seems like love is in the air! This was taken 4 years ago at our church. It is an encore presentation of a song they sang at our Valentine Banquet. It is Pastor Mike with wife Heidi, bff Candice and her husband Djamal. I love this song. Enjoy....
Weather to Expect:
We have a few sprinkles this morning. Those will be wrapping up around mid morning and we will be left with a dry day. Some sun looks to break out at times this afternoon.
A few showers move through tomorrow.
Thursday looks dry during the day before rain increases later on in the night through Friday. For the weekend ahead, a few showers will be around Saturday with drier weather on Sunday.
