DAY 26: Thankful for our son Don!

DAY 26: Today I am thankful for Don...who seems like more of a son than a son-in-law! Today is his birthday and I am so thankful to God for creating him and bringing him to our Heather!!! He is so good to her and a wonderful dad. He works hard for them and plays hard with them. He's there for anyone who needs help and is so nice! Everyone loves Don including us! He is such a blessing and we will forever be thankful!

This happens to fall on Don's birthday too! So we want to wish the birthday boy a very, very happy birthday!!!!

DAY 25: I am thankful for Parker!

November 25: Today I am thankful for Parker Valverde! He is my second grandson and we were so blessed the day he was born. Parker is so unique and special. When he smiles and laughs he is contagious! When he shares a joke he gets the biggest laugh! There are so many special things about Parker that make us just say "He's just Parker". He has made us laugh and brightened up our lives like no other. I think of when Kevon would walk into the room and Parker would go from laughing to straight face in a heartbeat! Now he loves Uncle Kevon! Parker loves animals, video games and his family. And I hear he makes a great latte! I love Parker so much and even his name makes me smile! Thank you God for Park!!!! DAY 24: Thankful for Joel

Today my blessing is Joel. He is a extra bonus son (married to daughter Karla). He is not only special because he is married to my daughter and takes such good care of her, but he also is the father to two of my grandchildren Dylan and Maddie. He is such a great dad. He hunts every year and provides for his family. He takes the family on outings like camping, Great Wolfe Lodge, trips to the ocean, Seattle, California. Maddie said he is really smart with great life lessons. And takes her to the dump and lets her help and gives her money for school stuff.  He coached her and Dylan's teams. Him and Dylan are sports buddies and go to every opening Mariner game and they go to Seahawk games, etc... Besides all that he is just a great guy with a funny sense of humor! He is a hard worker and I have no doubt he will always take care of his family. I thank God for Joel in our lives! We love him very much!
