Those pictures make me smile. Speaking of smiling... work makes me smile! It has been a great couple days! Yesterday was awesome. We even had time for another teachers meeting! We came up with awesome idea's for an excavation with bones, a pajama day, etc.... Talked to Norene yesterday and her and Michael are coming to talk to the kids about summer water safety! They will love it! I talked to Jodie at the fire department and she is coming next Thursday. And we are lined up for the library in August. Lots of fun stuff going on at the center!!!! I had a HUGE compliment from Chad... the CEO of Martha and Mary! He said yesterday... speaking as a parent not an employer.... the feeling and atmosphere this past month has been great and so much better! Do you know how that makes me feel? Fabulous!!!!! I AM MAKING A DIFFERENCE!
Yesterday morning I stopped at mama's and brought breakfast. Was going to fill her pills but she doesn't need them done until Saturday morning. We are going to Costco anyway so I will do them then. But it was nice to visit her. I also stopped at the center to speak to Bernie... who wasn't there but I spoke to Tammy. Then I hugged Veronica! Then I went and saw Makoa and held him and hugged him and kissed him!!! That was awesomest!!! (spell check is telling me there is no such word but that is how I felt!) I think he knows me! He just stares at me at first...then starts warming up. I said "Where's mam?" He got a BIG smile and stared at me! He blew me kisses and said goodbye when I left. I love that baby.
Lanny had a nice birthday.... besides working. Andrew and Lauren came over last night and Ryan and Amanda bought papa a birthday cake and ice cream! We also picked up Papa Murphy's Pizza!!! I got some for school tomorrow too. (We are having a goodbye pizza party for Gloria so I need to leave early and get flowers and a card for her too! The kids will have English Muffin Pizza's... they love them!)
Speaking of birthdays... today is Marie's! Marie was married to my nephew Ronnie... the parents of (Marine) Justin and Brittni! I have always loved her and will forever! She is the sweetest person! I want to wish her a very happy birthday!!! Love you Marie!
Well... got signs to make and a face to put on.... so I best go since I have to stop at WalMart! Have a wonderful Friday!!!!!
