I am so late! Graduation is over!

This was a great day.  Last Saturday watching my oldest grandchild graduate from high school! He is 18 years old and now a high school graduate.  So hard to fathom.  But it is true.

It was a wonderful day for everyone. Andrew had a smile all day!  Papa and I got to the stadium to save us seats because we knew it would be packed. There were 22 of us...Papa, Kevon Lauren, Amanda (dog is not with us) behind Amanda is Ryan, Riley, Jared, Joshua, me, Karla, Heather, Don, behind Don is Brad, Jordy, Parker, Patrick, Andrew's other grandma and grandpa. Not in the picture is Tara (taking it) Dylan, Maddie and Grace. Ryan bought air horns and family yelled and made some noise when Andrew's name was called! It was awesome!!!

Here are some pictures taken... some by me, some by Tara, some by Andrew's friends.

I cry when I look at these pictures.  He's such a big boy. I will post the after grad pictures tomorrow of him with family! I hope you enjoyed this pictures!

HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY PAT!!!

I will never forget the day our Patrick Michael was born!  It was a wonderful day! I remember how awesome it was to have another baby in the family.  Little cuddly baby boy!  Now he is 15 years old. Hard to believe.  I want to share photo's of him.  This boy is full of love, laughter and he is so sensitive and wears him emotions on his sleeves.  There is no one like Patrick...except maybe his mama. lol!

Sure love my family, softball, and Scruffy!

Here is my confession.  I absolutely love blogs!  I love to keep up on the people I care about. I notice everyone switched to Facebook, which is pretty easy to get the word out on what's up.  My problem is I have fallen into the laziness too.  But more than that I don't seem to have the time.  And when I do have the time I have nothing to write.  That is my confession why I fail at blogging. I used to be great.

Oh well, it is what it is.  I still manage to post about once a week. I love the diaryness of a blog. I just made up a word.

Ok, what happened in my corner of the world?  This past week was Memorial Day.  It was so nice of my cousin, Don and his wife Mary to put flowers on mom and dad's grave.  So sweet.

Lauren had a game on Tuesday night, Thursday night, a team sleepover on Friday night

and on Saturday she had her final game at 11:00, 2:30 Clash on the Diamond (different competitions with the teams) and at 4:30 helping Special Needs kids play ball.

We had Lauren's game on our calendar at 6 pm. If I hadn't seen something on facebook from amanda about her day...we would have missed her last game. She got a triple (which we were too late to see) but she played great the rest of the game. First and third base. Then the Clash the coaches picked Lauren to do the run around the bases race and she was amazing!!! She beat everyone in her age group and one older girl in Seniors beat her.  And their team was the best on throwing around the bases!!!! Lauren was on 3rd and didn't stumble a bit with the ball. Threw the ball exactly where it needed to be. Can you tell I am very proud???  These pictures are Amanda's.
Here she is with the game ball!!!! I will miss her games.

On a different note...here is our other ball player, Riley. Her games are always quite a ways away.  She plays with the select team or something.  I'm not sure how it all works.  There were a few pictures:

She got hit pretty good today. That'll bruise.
Took the animals this weekend to get their toenails done.  I think they should clip them a little closer. They still seem a bit long.  The cat was in his kennel in the front seat all secure.  I rode in back with the dog and he was loving the open window.

Papa has been cleaning things up. There is our stump, Viking Fest tree and one of my rose bushes. Just thought it looked pretty in the sun.
My two grandsons in Eastern Washington! Patrick and Parker! They look so much older and so handsome!!!

This handsome man is my nephew. He's had troubles in life but just moved out of our area with his fiance. His name is Jack. Please keep Jack in your prayers that this will be a new beginning!!!

Here is my niece, Alyssa! She is in band and they were in the Starlight Parade in Oregon.

Alyssa painting her boyfriend!
Just wanted to share my sweet nephew.....
and sweet nieces....

All of these cuties were born this past year.  I am sure my mama is so in love and so proud of all her new grandbabies.  I haven't got to meet any yet but I hope to soon!!!!

This handsome little guy graduates from high school this Saturday!!! My oldest grandson. I cannot believe it.  You will see pictures next blog!

How I am feeling this afternoon. It is hard. Sometimes I feel like I am annoying people by calling them on the phone. So maybe I shouldn't call. Texting is the same thing. Maybe I just annoy people no matter what I do. Maybe my timing always sucks. Not sure what. I grab my phone and then set it down numerous times. Oh well.... maybe I am too sensitive and overthink everything.

Hope you have a great week!
