I LOVE THIS PICTURE! I was suppose to have Makoa today.... but I will only have him on Wednesday and Thursday. I miss him! I haven't seen him in a week and a half! Angela told me about this photo she had taken at the parade.... how cute is this laugh? I love this baby!I guess I will finish cleaning the den and the toy room. That should take 10 minutes. Not sure what I'll do with the rest of my day. Maybe color my hair?
It's going to be a heatwave this week.... or so they tell us! It is 8:00... just waking up. Couldn't go to sleep last night.... I went to bed at 11 and tossed and turned after midnight. Not fun. I should have just got up. I hope I didn't keep papa awake!

Woke up to some good news.... actually 3 things!
I lost another pound so that means I have lost 17 pounds total! I am going to bring out my bike so I can ride around the neighborhood. I am so happy! Wish I had Mrs. Gulch's waist!

Plus I got a message from an old friend from church, Carol, on facebook to be friends and she said hello! I am so happy!

The third thing is I let my cat in and she'd been out for at least 3 hours and she was calm! She ate, got some loves, and went back out again! Punkin had a rough weekend. She hid in the house almost all weekend. Yesterday she had her hands on the patio door to come in! She's never done that. But I think she is starting to trust her world again. If the birds were smart.... instead of making pretty sounds... they would start sounding like fireworks. That would keep Punkin from killing them. lol! See her freckles on her nose? Should have named her freckles... but Dylan and Maddie named her Punkin because we got her close to Halloween and look at her colors! They were right. (Hole that thought... it is 10 a.m. now and someone shot fire crackers... she is back in behind the couch. Poor baby)
Mom goes to the kidney specialist again today. Libby and Lois are taking her. I hope he has good news. She said she is feeling better. Lois is good medicine for mom. Me... not so much.I want to share this picture with you all... it is of my grandpa Carl Lohre 6 from left in back! Ole Lohre Sr far right in back! 1913 Baseball Game by Lohre's Station in One Road Township Peever, South Dakota! He was my mom's dad.
Just thought I would throw that one in. I know cousin Linda looks at my site and might be interested. I really don't know who else looks besides my Georgia friends. No one else comments much. That being said I guess I tell you my thoughts... since I don't think the kids read much.. and I know mom doesn't. The kids think I shouldn't get so personal on my blog.
Even with all the happy things going on around my life... inside I am feeling a bit lonely. I miss family. I figured out as much as I love my mother and I know she loves me... I bug her for some reason. I also bug my kids. They would rather do things with anybody in the world but me. I thought about a family campout... but I don't think anyone would come. I bug my grandkids.... but so far they still love me tons! I have access to them when the parents ok it... and I can't bug or push too hard. So here I sit.... not many friends, family I don't see much or hear from, and a mom who favors others over me. All this is true. At least I have my husband... he loves me and likes spending time with me. And God. I probably bug them too. lol! Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with me? Am I normal?
Even my own blog finds me boring!!!! Time to quit! lol!
Memory picture Taken 7-6-04 of Dylan kissing Maddie... she is sick:

ANDREW'S DEVOTIONS: Jeremiah 10:1-8
Andrew: "There is no other god besides the Lord, Jesus Christ. Do not fall for tricks others lay upon you, for it is fake and a lie. God is the creator of all things living, and He won't relent until He has our full attention."I have watched Andrew do these devotions. He only uses his small Bible... no commentaries or footnotes. God has blessed him with a gift. Even though he is 14... I pay attention. I remember Jesus's friends and family didn't take him serious.... the hardest people to witness to is your own family. Keep up the calling Andrew!!!! You are on the right path!
